Poor system and weak client assistance from afrihost

Afrihost suspended my internet account due to my account being in arrears which is fair on their behalf.

What is not fair is the fact that my account is still suspended for hours after bringing my account up to date and every agent i speak to on the phone line or whatsapp tells me there is nothing they can do and that i have to wait for the system to correct it. Why is there not an override where you can click a few buttons and correct it manually.?
