Poor sync speed since mid October

I really need a solution to my problem that had been going on since mid October.<br> My line speed will not sync at the full 8196kbps.<br> The line speed at the most will reach a 6mbps sync speed but does not stay like that for very long.<br> Currently my line is at 3mbps and over the weekend went down to 1mbps. This is unacceptable.<br> This only started to occur after the new network switch.<br> <br> Afrihost have sent Telkom to fix my line numerous times with no resolution. Telkom have never dealt with me directly and always just send me a sms that my line has been fixed.<br> The line gets so bad sometimes I cannot even watch youtube or game online. Sometimes I cant even web browse.<br> Nothing is being done and I am fed up<br> I am at my wits end here and need this to be resolved immediately.<br> <br> Clearly it must have been from the change of the new network in mid October.<br> Please help. I am PAYING alot of money for a service that i am barley getting.
