Poor support service: Afrihost/Openserve fiber.

I have experienced extremely poor service from Afrihist in resolving multiple Fiber link failures (Afrihost Fiber via Openserve). Openserve technicians told me that the problem is related to the Openserve infrastructure in our area. (This correlate with multiple complaints from other Afrihost client on our local whatsapp group). However, no one seem to resolve the problem. I have logged multiple tickets with Afrihost on

The problem is still not resolved, my Fiber link will go down for hours at a time with no permanent resolution in sight.
