Poor support from Afrihost

The support from Afrihost has become very poor. I can't get hold of anyone at 11:15 on a Saturday morning. The phone lines are closed, the Whatsapp.Afrihost.com says "service unavailable" and I'm still waiting for an OTP sms on the Clientzone facility.
