poor support and management of staff

the support from Afrihost is absolutely ridiculous. one struggles to get hold of support staff and when you do get hold of them, they do not assist very well. I get notifications saying that my data is about 50% used. I go online to find out that the sms generated and the data on line do not match. I then call for hellp or support. The person who calls back cannot explain it to me either. I have a support ticket opened from Friday, and no one has called me to date. I am over this.
