Poor support

This service provider was recommended to me. Initial service good. Now there is almost zero support. You can only access support via whatsapp - waited since 8h00 this morning for assistance until 12h30. Requested the person to assist me after 15minutes as I was busy at the time. Problem cannot be resolved without support. Afrihost does not have the critical capabilities to render a service to business or individuals. Their cost saving drive is at the expense of service
