Poor Slow Response

I understand it is lockdown but your service has been very poor and slow but yet you are quick to make debits. I wait for hours to get a response, sometimes the following day, and when someone finally responds they do not even wait for more than 2 minutes for me to respond, and then I have to wait another 10 hours.
