Poor services by Afrihost due to none relocation of fiber services.

I recently purchased a new property, and requested Afrihost to relocate my fiber services, they requested proof of address, which i shared based upon their request, it has been a month now after my initial request and nothing has been done, i have shared proof of address numerous times, with no feedback on when the services will be relocated, i have sent numerous emails with no positive response, eventually i cancelled with Afrihost. I have no also cancelled my webhosting with them due to poor services rendered.
