Poor service, wrong.advices on cancellations

Poor service!

I wanted to cancel my internet and one of their agents advised to cancel any day after the 15th, this was wrong information and they don't want to commit to what is written on the chat. They are now saying that a manager will send me an email.

The.wordt is that this is the second time.it happen to me with Afrihost. They are not recommended at all!!
