POOR SERVICE, WASTE OF MONEY

The line drops, I've upgraded to a business account on the app, paid more, but nothing changed, the quality is still poor using the zoom app to teach classes on. They never call back, you hold for between 15-30min, I spent a lot of money on airtime, and now I'm still not even helped.
