Poor service provider

Afrihost has the wort service by far, i was put on an hour hold by kamo and no re****ion has been found, requested to speak to a manager and i was told its not possible. I have paid for the fibre line and after 4 days still no internet. Unbelievable that they pride themselves of such poor service i shocked.
