Poor service , Poor customer care , Poor professionalism

My fiber got put in on Monday 14 Sep 2020 and guy told me later that day it will be working , I am sitting 4 days later and nobody at afrihost can tell me what's actually wrong and why it's not working ! We tried the same thing for 4 days now it's not magically going to work! Spent hours on the phone with them I have spoken to 5 different people because no reference or ticket was giving to me and none of them called me Back which all of them told me they going to!

Everyday I get told after I get back from work I will have internet for sure, such ***** it's unbelievable !

Pathetic service from a company i really thought was good !
