Poor Service or lack of service.

<p>I'm referring to the following ***-273284.</p> <p>The regrade was NOT processed within 48hrs as stated in the email and sms. In fact when I did ask support, they mentioned it could take 10 days. But since then I haven't heard anything??? I even sent an email (ticket id <span style="color: #444444; font-family: Candara, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica; font-size: medium; background-color: #ffffff;">WQY-***6) requesting to cancel this request as this has gone on too long. I just want to know what is really going on?? Is it going to be processed or not???</span></p>
