Poor service on device exchange

They picked up my device for an exchange and then there are no updates either via text or email as to the progress of this process and when I chat to the WhatsApp help consultants, Rhulani N. says he can only help me with the system. I don't think an email update is asking for too much from a telecommunications provider.
