POOR SERVICE - need an alternative service provider

Very poor customer service. Pay a fortune as we have 9 hosted web pages and various other services. Tried whatsapp help - waiting for days to get assistance. Tried phoning help line - was on hold for 47 minutes. Forced to use very bad web page development program despite paying high rate. Has someone got an alternative? Been with them for too long now - 6 years.
