Poor service, *********** and rude staff.

I have constant issues with Afrihost. They used to be a really good service provider and now they are an ISP run by *********** staff, a poor network and lack of communication between departments. I ordered their "PURE LTE" product last week, it was delivered on Friday and three days later, I am still waiting for them to provision it on their network.

If I ever have issues on their network, I'm usually "supported" by a person who is *********** and has no knowledge about their products. They are seriously lacking in training, they are rude and inefficient. Just this morning I contacted them via Whatsapp to ask about me being provisioned on the network. The assistant was so rude, had no idea what "provisioning" meant and insisted on me changing my APN settings despite not being activated on the network (as per Client Zone).

I've been with Afrihost for four years and long for the service they used to provide, where as a customer we were treated with respect and issues would be sorted out in a timely manner, where the support desk actually knew what they were doing.
