Poor service, inadequate systems and *********** support staff

Just no service !!!!!!!!!!!. I have only been a client of Afrihost for less than 9 days. In that period I have not had a service for 4 days. Every time I contact their Whatsapp line I am told they are escalating the problem. They ask me the same questions every time and require me to upload the same photographs. During the most recent enquiry I have received feedback from a very nice lady by telephone named Refilwe, that Afrihost team has supp**** the incorrect details to Frogfoot. I have had communication with 17 people over the past two days, so how is this possible.
