Poor Service, Great Support Team

The only reason they even get a star is because the support staff is soo amazing, I've just had issue after issue that time all I'm trying to do is work on a WordPress site. 1st it didn't want to download WordPress, then the whole thing crashed because of emergency maintenance, now it came back with no plugins and it is an unusable mess. I can't deal!
