Poor service given a router and sim card that has never worked

Afrihost is the worst Internet company I have ever come across.I took up a contract with them for wifi.from the day of delivery of the router and sim card it has never worked I have never been able to connect to the Internet that was delivered to me on the 10th of November 2017 today is the 28th of November and it still does not work,afrihost employees give me the run around when I call or email,said problem was sent to IS weeks ago but still no response and I'm left with a device that doesn't work.but they are quick to debit my account for services I am not receiving and they play a deaf ear when I say replace or take the device back. I have been more then patient with this useless company,I have never seen such poor customer service.
