Poor service from tech robots

<p>I have had continuous problems with my website hosted by Afrihost. The support team are like robots spewing out technical jargon instead of explaining what the problem is and how to fix it. Today I called at 9:48am to ask for help as my website frontend has seemingly disappeared – I was told they would get back to me within max 90 minutes. It's almost 2pm and I've yet to hear back and my site is still down. </p>
