Poor Service from support and server hosting staff

On 9 April we discovered that the MySQL on our configuration was changed and we submitted an inquiry. The following response was received:

Hi there,

I deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.

There are some mis-configurations in the configuration file of MYSQL which is causing the issue.

Now we have informed our server admins regarding this. It will be resolved soon.

Kindly check after some time and let us know, if issue persists.

We also noticed that our database date was restored to a backup made on the 3rd of April and we have now lost a weeks data.

It seems as if the Support staff at Afrihost does not have a Clue what they are doing and what the implications of their actions are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
