Poor service, from installation to support. Not worth the trouble

My Fibre installation took weeks, with several (obviously untrained) technicians came to my home to reinstall the ONT, where I had to deal with the teams and report issues when Afrihost wouldn't deal with the issue. Completely ignoring their responsibilities as my provider. Now, my fibre is extremely unstable and you cannot get in touch with their support. Call? Not available. Whatsapp? Not available. SMS? Not available. Afrihost used to be great, now they're probably not in the top 5 providers in SA.
