Poor service from Afrihost Support Team

I contacted the support team from Afrihost 4 days ago, regarding poor connectivity especially after 18:00PM and till today the 14th of October 2025 I haven't received any assistance from the team. I'm really disappointed, I recently upgraded my package with them. This is really frustrating 😡.
