Poor service from Afrihost fiber

Afrihost Fiber Internet I am completely exhausted trying to resolve my fibre installation. I have had 4 technician around to fix the problem only to be told that the problem lies in your server room. I was promised that the problem would be resolved by end of business Thursday but still have no internet access. It has made running my business from home a nightmare this week . Have any of you guys on my feed had similar bad service or am I the exception to the rule??????
