Poor service from afrihost-fedup

The worst service I've ever experience. After two months of waiting for fibre installation and no feedback. I cancelled my order a month ago. In this week they claimed they install the fibre when no installation was done. NO SERVICE DELIVERED AND THEY SUBSTRACTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS SERVICE. I contact them and ask them to correct this, NO FEEDBACK NO SERVICE RECIEVED. Really fedup with afrihost.
