Poor service from Afrihost and openserve

This the most frustrating company to interact with, there is no form of customer service in anything that they do, I've had issues since January, every month I need to call in or use their WhatsApp service to gets sorted to no avail, I always end up in the same situation, yet they will publisize that I've been a loyal customer for 6 and 2 months. I've not had wifi for 2 weeks, and they could careless, countless tickets have been logged no feedback or intervention from openserve, I can't get hold of anyone to cancel this service, I don't wish the situation on my worst enemy...
