Poor Service From Afrihost

My WiFi has been down for the past 4 weeks and everytime I follow up on the progress of my query I'm told it's been escalated. This is EVERYDAY. No one provides me with any feedback. Frankly, Afrihost ihas lost the plot. I am looking for another service provider!!!
