POOR SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST

I placed an order for Fibre through Afrihost on the 26th October. I have been following up since then on the delivery of my router and have been told each day that it is pending dispatch. Today I call an they tell me that the router was dispatched on the 29th already (first time hearing this) and that it was returned to the warehouse yesterday. Really disappointing service and questioning my decision to go with Afrihost.
