Poor service from Afrihost

Wew contacted Afrihost to organise fibre wifi for our apartment. We paid a deposit but then heard nothing from them. When, after much difficulty in contacting them, we were informed that our order had been unilaterally cancelled, without any consultation with us, despite us paying a deposit. No satisfactory reason was given for the cancellation and the lack of communication with us.
