Poor service from Afrihost

To all who are interested in Afrihost: AFRIHOST 's service desk is superb. But the the the service they provide is not what is promised. I live in Amberfield and according to their catchment map my location is correct. I contact Sales to sign in. I explicitly mention that I need a 10Mbps + line since I am steaming TV. It is mentioned to me that this is not a problem and that I will go through Cell C. The LTE router is delivered, I contact the Afrihost technician to set up the router and the best speed I could get is 2.7Mbps. After a week's calls and inquiries, the truth comes out: AFRIHOST was always linked to MTN which has more and stronger towers with stronger signal than Cell C. However, MTN has become too expensive for Afrihost (less profit) and as of Jan 1, 2019, they are at Cell C. The end of the matter: I can return the router at my expense and I forfeit the first month's payment for data that I have used virtually nothing. Be careful about the catch - they promise you the Sun, Moon and Stars but you get virtually no useful service.
