Poor Service From Afrihost

I host my website with Afrihost. Since last week, emails from my domain have been bouncing back. Those that do not bounce back never reach the intended recipients. I have contacted Afrihost several times between last week and now. In all instances, they have never helped me. When they respond to my emails (which is very rare), they do not put phone numbers or contact person’s name. They use generic email addresses. It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone at Afrihost. When I call their office lines, I am told by a programmed voice prompt that we will call you back, which they never did. Another voice prompt says “please use WhatsApp for quicker results”. Their WhatsApp platform is never responded to.

I am moving my domain to competent people who are serious about web hosting.

I the meantime, I have lost business because my emails are not going through.

Anyone who is serious about business should never use Afrihost for website and email hosting.
