Poor service from Afrihost

Tried to solve a problem by signing up for fixed wireless with Afrihost only to land myself with an even bigger problem when eleven days after the hardware has been delivered I still cannot connect and their staff are either unwilling or unable to help.

They have told me this was because the driver failed to mark the router as delivered, then I was told that the driver did not submit the copy of my ID I gave in. I was assured someone would get back to me but every time I have to contact them and the buck passing is incredible. On my first two calls I spoke to a dozen call centre agents each of them transferred me to someone else.

Don't make the same mistake I did.
