Poor Service from Afrihost

I have now waited for two months for someone from the business to sort out my fibre line. I have been patient with this process but it has gotten to much. I have spoken to at least 4 or 5 service agents promising my query will be rectified but to no avail. I am out of options as all I need is for them to send out someone to assist me. Afrihost is yet to get back to me. this is poor service from them.
