Poor service from Afrihost

Since moveing from an bundle account to pure dsl package from Afrihost my internet goes down every month. Then it takes me numerous calls to get it fixed. We wife phoned and when she stated how upset we are they just dropped the phone in her ear. At this time i am fed up with the service and lack of accistance.
