Poor service!!!

FRUSTRATING!!!!Router disconnects continuesly.Afrihost blames Openserve but it's theie touter that's the issue.I have to call Afrihost 3 to 4 times a day to resolve. Asked to speak to a manager, call centre agents place me on hold until I decide to exit the call,no call back from a manager. Their line keeps dropping and I can’t use some of my applications ,network is weak.
