POOR SERVICE

I have requested CANCELLETION with Afrihost on the 2nd September and they send me a confirmation email that it will cancelled on 1st November and today is the 6th. 5days later they are still sending me emails that my account is in arrears. This is a PAY AS YOU GO thing not a CONTRACT. Their sevice is VERY POOR thats why I am cancelling this thing.
