Poor service delivery, quick to debit without proper service provision

Worst experience ever, made an EFT payment of R327.00 on 10/01/2018, afrihost claimed not to have received my payment and I never got any data bundles that I paid for on that whole month. I got late responses and my query was going left and right. On 01/02/2018 they decided to activate my account and debit my account twice with R197.00 and I find this disturbing as I never received the service I paid for on January but now I am being debited twice for what? With such poor customer service and experience you still want to take my money, for what? I need my money back, service received is not worth paying for
