Poor service delivery, problem not resolved!

It has been close to two weeks that we "Activate Africa" notified Afrihost of our mailing problem, this week we laid a complain that nothing was done.

We are still experiencing a problem with our emails and cannot run the business accordingly.

They promise they will call, but they don't, they don't even follow-up.

Problem still persists, our query is not taken to be a matter of urgency.
