poor service delivery from a bad company

what a useless company, i am having endless problems with there fixed wireless service, i need action against these urgant idiots that made me wait for 6 hours, 1 hour at a time to unsuspend a simcard i had to had over my rica documents when they delivered to me and had to pay the pro rata data upfront, as now the legal owner of the simcard i did not give anybody the permission to suspend the simcard in the first place,i had requested a call back from there call centre as i was scared there call centre is gonna close between 5:30pm and 6:00pm which i am still waiting for them to respond to me, i want somebody higher then there call centre agents to call me and reslove this matter, i supply nearly 14k of business to afrihost as a private person and i dont expect service like this to me
