Poor service delivery

<p>I have ordered a fibre package from Afrihost almost two months ago. Received my modem within teo weeks. Only heard per email from six weeks later when I mailed to enquire about installation. I received an email detailing that I was set to high priority and that somebody will contact me shortly. It's been a month since that last email with no word from them, emailed again two days ago and yet to receive even a reply. Poor poor setvice delivery. I realize waiting fibre installation takes time but the lack of communication after actually paying for a modem with no connection to the internet is ridiculous. Please don't use. You will waste your time and money. </p>
