Poor Service!

Afrihost has advertised and promised a seamless, no frustration fiber connection. But I’m 3 days into long texts and no internet. Afrihost keeps blaming Vumatel while Vuma blames Afrihost. This is totally unacceptable! No communication from Afrihost. I’m the one texting them on WhatsApp and the person on the other hand does not even know if I have been provisioned or not. They telling me about logging a ticket for investigation. I’m soo disappointed and frustrated! I have been buying data since Thursday morning when they did the connection!
