Poor service

Company has a poor working relationship with clients. I've ordered an LTE sim. Courier company " Dawn Wing" has been sitting with my parcel for a great two weeks but afrihost is busy nagging me that my account is in arrears, how can I pay for something that has not arrived yet. This is stupid.
