Poor service

I am furious with Afrihost. First, they couldn’t verify my bank account details despite me using the reference on my bank statement, as instructed. I called in, only for them to verify it with the same code. I’ve called numerous times and emailed support—who keep sending me the same link that doesn’t work. Even an agent admitted he got the same error—yet they sent it again. Ordering a router was a disaster—technical errors, zero help. On WhatsApp, useless instructions, endless apologies. I’ve had countless apologies that they’ll call me—no one ever did. Yesterday, a consultant cut the call and never called back. After all that, I finally ordered a router—but no one told me I had to pay the delivery fee upfront. They told me to select account billing, which didn’t happen. So here I am, yet another day without internet. The poor communication and delays never end. I wouldn’t recommend Afrihost unless you want frustration, irritation, and stress.
