Poor service

Requested a change of address on 24/12/2021... I have been sending emails and literally been talking to consultants on a daily basis and nothing has been done !!! Only answer they give you is it has been escalated and they will get back to you, and then they don't!!! Got the email address of a manager "Warren.l" and not even a we will look into it, just ignored me. Extremely poor service from Afrihost and Customer care is definitely not on their priority list !!!
