Poor service 😡😡

I have been waiting for my SIM to be delivered since 29nov till today next thing they tell me that Warehouse Courier It called me n they couldn't find me..I always have my phone next thing they can't find the address ..that time i paid this Month premium but i don't have WiFi..am thinking of cancelling this whole nonsense n get another service provider....
