Poor service by Afrihost

Had the most horrific experience with Afrihost. When applying to upgrade our fibre from 20mbps to 50, they in actual fact switched off our internet entirely. After weeks of phoning and requesting help, and always doing exactly as we are being instructed, they realised the mistake was on their side and fixed it. However, during the struggle we just gave up and cancelled our contract. They charged me a ridiculous R1000 cancellation fee!! They did not render a service and I feel they stole money from me. They also did not 'let the line go' for the new service provider to proceed and therefore stole even more from me in terms of time. AFRIHOST is HORRIBLE!!
