Poor service. Apathetic Afrihost

For weeks now I have been asking for help. Afrihost is charging me for 200mb/200mb line but I I dont even get to 30/30. Every time I log a ticket for help, they respond with the same questions. I give the answers, and they close the tickets with the statement "everything seems to be working now" - It does not. Only once has a technician come out to look. (6 weeks of continuous complaints got one person to respond). He stated that everything is fine at my house and the problem is with the up stream fibre. Since then the problem has just gotten worse, and Afrihost keeps on "sincerely apologising" and then asking me to fix and test at the house where Vuma has stated there is no problem.

Afrihost. You used to be good. You are overly expensive and apathetic and pretty useless
