Poor Service and Support

the service i received from Afrihost is bad, i cant believe that this is how you run your business. treating your customers like numbers and bank accounts and when it comes to support, nothing. my line have been down for 4 days, everytime i call, i have to spend 2 hours on the line with support people and doing the same process and the result is the same, no joy. they promise to call and no one calls back. i have spent in the past 4 days alot of money buying mobile data, and by end of the money my bank account will be deducted. i dont understand why they cannot tell what the issue is and when will the problem be fixed. afrihost should change to Home of the Pure problems.
