Poor service and rude customer service

If I could give a negetive rating I'd give it a minus 100 honestly.. In he month of July we went about two weeks of no connection at all and when I query this with these **** artist called afrihost they tell me there was no downtime so I go into my client portal and sent them proof of how we had no connection and still they tell me he same thing then I get rude agents sending me emails and demanding I answer thier calls so I tell them just cancel my subscription only for them to tell me hey will cancel end of the next month just so I can pay for a service that is clearly bad over the years I have been lenient with them and the way they can't resolve any issue but I've had It now.. So I'm closing if you are looking for Fibre connection don't I repeat DONT go to afrihost you will not be happy and they won't even try to mediate the situation at all
