Poor service and poor support continues.
After over a month of waiting for someone who was supposed to keep me updated on my problems with the LTE network, I wrote this hellopeter afrihost complaint:

http://hellopeter.com/afri-host-com/complaints/afrihost-poor-service-and-poor-support-***

Since this,

NOTHING has been done as well as no feedback from this ISP.

I have tried on numerous occasions to get this sorted out. They do not care. They do not put in the effort.

13 Nov 2015, 14:24Hello weallloveleeds,
Sincerely sorry about the issues here - however upon reviewing the requests on your account we can see that the LTE throughput you're seeing is the most your area can handle.
It may be worth looking at switching the modem to 3G to see if this improves things.
We are, however, still waiting for final feedback from MTN on the initial coverage query that was submitted.
Regards
The Afrihost team
